You know the difference between code that works and code that runs reliably. Strong communicator: You explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and proactively keep stakeholders informed. Day-to-day: You will be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from advising and planning to the deployment of new services, as well as monitoring and diagnosing problems.
